Synthesis, Characterisation and Biological Evaluation of Novel Di substituted Quinazoline Linked with Cis Substituted Thio morpholine and 1, 2, 4 Triazole Moieties

A B S T R A C T
A series of Quinazoline derivatives11 (a-f) were prepared by Nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2,4 di chloro Quinazoline (4)  with hydrazine hydrate. The Structures of the Compounds are confirmed by IR, 1H NMR &13C NMR Spectral data, Elemental Analysis, Mass spectral data. The compounds are also evaluated for their anti microbial and antifungal activity by Disc Diffusion Method, among them 11d & 11c are found as potent activity.
