A B S T R A C T
The history of medical research in America has seen tragedies and triumphs, instances in which exploitation occurred and others in which measures were taken to minimize. We remain focused on developing innovative technology for patients, and look forward to Co-Suspension Technology as the platform for future combination products. Understanding the factors that promote drug innovation is important both for improvements in health care and for the future of organizations engaged in drug discovery research and development. By identifying the inventors of 252 new drugs approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. This study investigates the contribution of different types of organizations and regions to drug innovation during this period. This drugs are used to treatment of different disorders i.e Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD),Multiple sclerosis (MS),Clostridium difficile infection (CDI), Hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) or inhibited sexual desire (ISD),Chronic Idiopathic Constipation (CIC), Psoriasis, Nocturnal polyuria, Life extension science. Substantial efforts and the consequent publications, patents and product development studies on the subject are the matter of interest and review of this article.
