Synthesis Charecterization and biological evaluation of 5-(4-aminophenyl)-3-(piperidin-1-ylmethyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione

A B S T R A C T
Synthesis of 1,3,4 oxadiazole  derivatives containing aromatic rings were synthesized by the condensation 4-amino benzohydrazide(2) with carbon disulphide in presence of ethyl alcohol. It forms 5-(4-aminophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione(3). The maanich base reaction is  reaction secondary amines treatment with formaldehyde and DMF .Finally compound (3) is on treatment with mannich base to obtained 5-(4-aminophenyl)-3-(piperidin-1-ylmethyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione(4).The structure of these newly synthesized compounds were characterized by 1H   NMR,13CNMR ,Mass ,IR, and elemental analysis.
