Synthesis Charecterization and biological evaluation of 4-amino-N’-(2-oxo-1-(piperidin-1-ylmethyl) indolin-3-ylidene) benzohydrazide

A B S T R A C T
Synthesis of mannish bases derivatives containing aromatic rings were synthesized by the condensation 4-aminobenzohydrazide (1) with isatin. It forms 4-amino-N’-(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene) benzohydrazide (3). The maanich base reaction is reaction secondary amines treatment with formaldehyde and DMF .Finally compound (3) is on treatment with mannich base to obtained 4-amino-N’-(2-oxo-1-(piperidin-1-ylmethyl) indolin-3-ylidene) benzohydrazide (4). The structure of these newly synthesized compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13CNMR, Mass, IR, and elemental analysis.
