Synthesis, characterization and antimicrobial evaluation of novel compounds of 1-(2, 5-difluorobenzoyl)-4-(2-(4-phenyl)hydrazono)-3-(5-(4-(trifluoro methyl) phenyl) -1H-tetrazol-1-yl)-1H-pyrazo l – 5(4H)-one

A B S T R A C T
New novel derivatives of 3-chloro-6-(2,5-difluorobenzoyl)-1-(phenylamino) -8-(5-(4-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl)-1H-tetrazol-1-yl)-1,6,7-triazaspiro[3.4]oct-7-ene-2,5-dione (2a-g) were prepared by condensation of  1-(2,5-difluorobenzoyl)-4-(2-phenyl hydrazono)-3-(5-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-1H-tetrazol-1-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one(1a-g). Newly synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, mass spectra & Elemental analysis. The newly synthesized compounds were screened for their Biological activity.
