Abstract
A simple convenient and effective process for Remogliflozin etabonate disclosed, in addition to that several process related and degradation impurities were identified and evaluated with a valid HPLC method. The brief particulars of the method are: the mobile composition of Acetonitrile and orthophosphoric acid buffer of ration 80:20, of column Zorbax SB-C8 (250*4.6 mm)5μm and flow rate 0.8 ml/min, using UV detection at 220 nm.Run time of the method is 55 minutes. The results of the study showed that the proposed RP-HPLC method is simple, rapid, precise and accurate, which is useful for the routine determination of related substances in drug substances.
