By submitting and publishing their work in our journal, authors agree to the following copyright and licensing terms.
Creative Commons Licensing
All articles published in Pharma Research Library(PRL)licensed under a Creative Commons License, which allows others to share, use, and build upon the work as long as proper attribution is given to the original authors. The specific type of Creative Commons license depends on the journal’s policy and the authors’ preferences. We primarily use the following licenses:
Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0)
This license allows anyone to:
Share the work in any medium or format.
Adapt the work for any purpose, even commercially.
As long as appropriate credit is given to the authors, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.
Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial License (CC BY-NC 4.0)
This license allows anyone to:
Share and adapt the work, but only for non-commercial purposes.
Attribution must be provided, a link to the license included, and any modifications stated. No use for commercial purposes is permitted under this license.
Author Rights
Authors publishing with Pharma Research Library(PRL) retain full copyright to their work. By choosing to publish with us under a Creative Commons license, authors grant the journal the right to:
- Distribute and display the published version of the work on our journal website and other platforms.
- Deposit and archive the work in institutional or third-party repositories.
Authors have the right to:
- Share their work freely on personal websites, institutional repositories, and academic networking platforms. Use the work in future compilations of their research, dissertations, and for teaching purposes.
Attribution Requirements
- All users of articles published under a Creative Commons license must properly attribute the work to the original author(s). The attribution must include:
- The full citation of the article is published in Pharma Research Library(PRL).
- A link to the article’s DOI or journal webpage.
- A clear statement indicating the type of Creative Commons license applied to the work (e.g., “This article is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).”).
Submission and Publication Agreement
- When submitting a manuscript to Pharma Research Library(PRL), authors agree to the following terms:
- The submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
- The work is not under consideration for publication in another journal.
- Authors grant Pharma Research Library(PRL), a non-exclusive right to publish the article under the agreed Creative Commons license.
- Authors have obtained all necessary permissions for third-party material used in the article (e.g., images, tables, figures), and proper attribution is given.
Third-Party Material and Copyright Clearance
If the manuscript includes third-party materials (e.g., images, graphs, tables) that are not owned by the authors, the authors must obtain permission from the copyright holders to reproduce these materials in an open-access publication. The permission must specify that the material can be used under a Creative Commons license.
Authors must:
- Provide appropriate credit to the original copyright holder.

Infringement of Copyright
If any user or third party believes that their copyrighted material has been improperly used in an article published by Pharma Research Library(PRL), they may contact the editorial office to report the infringement. Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement claim, we will take appropriate action, including:
- Reviewing and potentially removing the infringing content.
- Notifying the author(s) involved to resolve the issue.
