Comparative Assessment of Efficacy of NSAID’s and Muscle Relaxants Prescribed for the Management of Low Back Pain

A B S T R A C T
Low back pain (LBP) is a major common problem and affect all ranges of the population; approximately 80% of the population is suffering from Back pain. In this study total 580 patients data was collected from patients who are suffering from low back pain, in the total no. of patients 331 patients were taken in present studies of inclusion criteria.  The severity of pain was recorded before and after the drug administration using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) during their frequent intervals of their visit to physician.   When compare to all patients prescribed with combination drugs, ht patients taking Aceclofenac + paracetmol+ Thiocolciside combination showed the with significance 1.30 ±0.16*** and when compare to all age groups, Aceclofenac + paracetmol+ Thiocolciside showed good therapeutic effect significance <0.0001.
