A Review on Whipples Disease and Folliculitis

ABSTRACT
The word bacteria have a negative connotation but bacteria actually perform vital functions for organisms and in the environment. An infection caused by bacteria. The bacterial infection caused by culture from the eyes, nose usually yielding staphylococcus i.e., hay fever. But in rarecondition, bacterial infection that tears through body’s fascia , destroying all the tissues in its path. Bacteria mainly affects skin, respiratory system, brain, blood, throat, intestines, urinary tract system i.e., folliculitis, listerosis, Bacteremia, pneumonia, Leprosy, syphilis, whipple’s disease. Whipple,s disease is a rare, systemic infectious disease caused by Tropheryma whipplei. Whipple’s disease primarily causes malabsorption and affects heart , brain,joints, skin. T.whipplei is recognised to be major cause of culture-negative endocarditis. This disease tends to be in higher places that lacks fresh water and poor sanitation. Here by we are discussing epideomology, etiology, signs and symptoms , causes, pathophysiology , Treatment, Diagnosis.
