QSAR Studies of Some Substituted Pyrazole Derivatives against S.aureus

A B S T R A C T
In the present paper QSAR studies related to some novel substituted pyrazole derivatives are reported. All the compounds were evaluated for antimicrobial activity against S.aureus. Their reported antimicrobial activities were used for Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship (QSAR) studies to find correlation between different calculated molecular descriptor of the compounds and biological activity.
