In the present work, an attempt has been made to develop mouth dissolving tablets of Mosapride citrate by using new generation super disintegrants beta cyclo dextrin and Eudragit E100. Mosapride is an antiulcer and antisecretory drug, which accelerates gastric emptying, and is used for the treatment of acid reflux, functional dyspepsia. Total of 10 formulations have been prepared by varying the concentration of super disintegrants.  The blend of all the formulations were subjected to evaluation for angle of repose, bulk density, tapped density, carrs index, hausner’s ratio and results showed good flow properties. The prepared tablets were shown good post compression parameters and they passed all the quality control evaluation parameters as per I.P limits. Among all the formulations the F5 formulation contains Eudragit E100 as super disintegrate in the concentration of 10 mg have shown promising results. The formulations prepared with beta cyclodextrin showed maximum percentage drug release in 15 min i.e., 98.9% (F10 formulation and the concentration of super disintegrate is 10 mg). Among all F10 formulation was considered as optimized formulation.
