A B S T R A C T
Spectroscopic estimation of Lafutidine in bulk and tablet was developed and validated. Methanol was used as a solvent for analysis. Detection was carried out at 273 nm for Lafutidine. Linearity was observed at concentration range 10-80 µg/ml. Correlation coefficient for Lafutidine was found 0.9975. The method was found to be Simple, Sensitive, Accurate and Precise as per ICH guideline Q2B(R1). The method can successfully applicable to routine analysis.
